So Rinne's an incredibly perceptive girl. Instead of getting involved in things, she spends most of her time observing others. Her sections of the Bookmark of Demise novels are the most detailed, and her observations tend to be pretty accurate! She is a BIG noticer, and she also has her ear to the ground for rumors!

Now, to avoid just assuming, particularly since she's a mod PC, we're going to have an opt-in here! Huge thanks to Leah for letting me crib her WCB permissions post.

A note: Rinne can and will press characters on things she figures out, should it be to her advantage, but she will NEVER spread rumors or otherwise out your characters' secrets based on her observations. Additionally, there are some people she'll obviously be able to observe more than others, since the girl is both not involved in a lot of clubs and not omnipresent.

<b>How often is it reasonable to assume Rinne would see your character?</b> Are you the kind to stick to your room all the time? Speak up in class? Rinne's more likely to have big observations about characters who frequent her clubs, aka if you're in the Occult Club or Theater Club, but if you aren't in them, she still watches people in class, watches people during breaks, watches people <i>whenever</i> she can. <b>What can Rinne pick up from observing and interacting with your character?</b> Do they have a particular stance, or notable body language? Do they make eye contact? How do they act when they're happy, how do they behave when they're stressed? Are they an open book, or is that bracketed detail on how they feel not necessarily making it to their body language? Are there inconsistencies between what they say and what they do? Are there any signs of old injuries or fighting skills? Do they have any unique phrasing or nervous tics? etc etc (don't feel like you have to answer all of this, I just wanted to give an idea of what I'm looking for here) <b>What things do you <I>not</I> want Rinne to notice?</b> Obviously you don't have to go into detail here, just tell me "please don't focus on this thing in bracket text" in a general way and I'll make sure it's ICly unmentioned. <b>Are there any big things you're okay with being noticed, but which you would prefer I keep mum about until they come out organically over time?</b> Now, none of us are say, secretly monsters from another world, but some of us here have some pretty big secrets! This is pretty much where you tell me hey! I <i>definitely</i> do not want Rinne to approach my character about this, but it's okay if it becomes a special tool that will help us later. <b>What specific rumors can Rinne learn about your character?</b> Pretty self-explanatory! She may approach characters about these, should they become relevant. <b>Anything else:</b> Is there something I've forgotten to mention here? Let me know about it!
